The Inaugural Wellington School Champs

Entries are now open for the Inaugrual Wellington Schools Diving Championships.
The entry fee is $30 per person.
The event categories are:

• Primary (Age 6+)
• Intermediate
• Novice High School (for any diver in high school without a competitive list)
• Competitive High School (for divers with a competitive list)

(Divers will be allowed to dive up a category to fill school teams, but no diver may dive down a category.)

There will be open training sessions held on Tuesdays (4.30-5.30pm) and Saturdays (10-11am) from the 6th August till the event. Free for event entrants, just pay pool entry.

All divers must be a bona fide student of an Wellington Primary, Intermediate or Secondary School with a maximum age of 19 years as at 31st December 2024.

Provisional Wellington School Champs Schedule

8:00am - 9:30am: Open Training

9:30am - 10:00am: Rip comp

10:00am - 10:30am: Junior (Year 3-6)

10:30 - 11:00am: Intermediate (Year 7-8)

11:00am - 11:30am: Novice High School (Year 9+)

11:30am - 12:00pm: Competitive High School (Year 9+)

12:00pm - 1:00pm: Lunch

1:00pm - 1:30pm: Manu comp

1:30pm - 2:00pm: School Team Event

2:00pm - 2:30pm: Mystery Event
